Chemical composition of metals we use, their Purity, & metallurgical characteristics like hardness, micro structure etc. are rigorously checked using a variety of sophisticated processes & equipments like Spectrometer, Microhardness Tester, Gravimetric Electroanalyser, Image Analyser, in our Metallurgical & Chemical Labs. We ensure use of only 99.9% pure virgin ingots. Flow rate, density & particle size of Alloy Powder are checked for conformity with our standards.
